Founded by Gaynor Roberts, a Publishing Director with extensive career coaching experience, Three C’s provides a comprehensive and tailored service.

During her career, Gaynor has worked for global publishing houses and managed the publishing arm of international corporates. Originally trained as an editor, she has developed content strategy and led publishing teams in a variety of institutions. She understands the pain of not having enough resource or enough time to create great content that aligns with your goals.

Coach

Managing in-house teams led Gaynor to question why more organisations don’t invest in helping their staff to become better leaders and feel more empowered to push through the obstacles in their way.

After gaining an internationally-accredited coaching qualification, Gaynor coaches individuals from many industries and many different backgrounds, to understand what is holding them back and how move beyond those limitations to reach their potential and achieve their goals.
